Our dynamic pediatric dental team is looking for a caring, reliable Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) . What You Will Do (Responsibilities) Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams. Build rapport with young patients and parents to create a positive, stress-free experience. Take and develop high-quality dental X-rays. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments. Educate children and parents on proper oral hygiene practices. Maintain accurate patient records according to HIPAA guidelines. For RDAs: Perform sealants and coronal polishing. What We Need From You (Requirements) Completion of an accredited dental assisting program (DA) OR a valid state RDA license. Active X-ray certificate. Current CPR certification. Experience working with pediatric patients (Highly preferred). Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
