We are looking for an enthusiastic Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who enjoys working with children, is eager to learn, and wants to grow in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics. Whether you're experienced in both specialties or looking to expand your skills, we provide training, coaching, and opportunities for professional growth. What You'll Do Assist doctors during pediatric dental and orthodontic procedures Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment Take digital radiographs, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans as needed Perform coronal polishing and sealants (if certified) Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and treatment Help create a fun, positive experience for every child Maintain sterilization and infection control standards Support your teammates and contribute to a collaborative work environment What We're Looking For Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) X-Ray Certification required Coronal Polish and Sealant Certification required Pediatric and/or orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Dentrix experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Positive attitude and strong work ethic Coachable and eager to learn Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Join Sweet Tooth?
