Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring comfort and confidence throughout each visit. Assist the doctor efficiently during a variety of dental procedures. Anticipate the needs of the doctor, team, and patients to help appointments run smoothly. Take quality dental radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards. Collaborate with teammates to provide a seamless, high-quality patient experience. What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience required. Current X-ray certification required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A patient-first mindset with a genuine desire to provide exceptional care. Learns quickly and embraces new technology and procedures. Adapts well to changing priorities in a collaborative, efficient environment. Maintains a positive attitude and remains calm and solution-oriented. Welcomes coaching and feedback and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Strong attention to detail, dependability, initiative, and a solid work ethic.
