What You'll Do Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures. Prepare and disinfect operatories before and after each patient. Take high-quality digital radiographs. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments according to CDC and OSHA guidelines. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions. Maintain accurate patient records and clinical notes. Assist with lab cases, impressions, and temporary restorations. Support providers and teammates to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day. Qualifications Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Experience with Open Dental is a plus but not required.
