Duties & Responsibilities Clinical Care: Perform high-quality dental hygiene procedures, including Prophylaxis, Scaling and Root Planing (SRP), and Sealants. Diagnostics: Take accurate dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Safety & Infection Control: Maintain strict compliance with standard sterilization and infection control protocols. Patient Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, including checking patients in/out and conducting warm, post-visit follow-up phone calls. Administration: Ensure precise data entry and maintain accurate patient records. Qualifications & Skills License/Certification (Required): Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license & X-Ray Certification. Experience: 2 years of dental hygiene experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with excellent skills are welcome. Software Skills: Strong computer proficiency; experience with Open Dental Software is highly preferred. Key Traits: Friendly, positive, and calm demeanor with advanced interpersonal skills.
