We're Looking for Someone Who: Holds a current California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Is warm, kind, and able to build lasting relationships with patients. Enjoys collaborating with teammates and contributing to a positive office culture. Is curious, growth-minded, and excited to continue learning. Has an interest in functional dentistry, prevention, and airway wellness (experience is a plus, but we're happy to teach the right person). Responsibilities: Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care. Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and documentation. Educate patients on oral-systemic health, home care, and disease prevention. Create personalized hygiene recommendations based on each patient's needs. Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care. Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout their visit.
