Header Associate General Dentist â San Jose, CA Schedule: Monday, Friday & Saturday Dignity Dental Care is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and productive Associate General Dentist to join our growing San Jose practice. We are looking for a doctor who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality dentistry while building lasting patient relationships. Utilize dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix to document medical records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, treatment options, and preventive care to promote long-term dental health. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques to continually improve service quality and patient outcomes. Header Skills Proficiency in dental software platforms such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and medical record management. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging, infection control procedures, and healthcare diagnosis. Expertise in pediatric dentistry, including pediatric-specific treatment approaches and behavior management strategies. Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges), and oral surgery procedures. Experience with medical documentation standards adhering to HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively about treatment plans.
