This is a rare opportunity to step into a thriving, 100% fee-for-service practice with a strong and loyal patient base, while working alongside an experienced provider in a collaborative environment. Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, extractions, and implant-related treatments. Utilize advanced clinical technology to support diagnosis and treatment. Educate patients on oral health, prevention, and post-treatment care. Build strong patient relationships and contribute to long-term retention. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and high standards of care. Qualifications: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Active Missouri dental license (or ability to obtain). Current CPR certification. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
