EDDA Dental Assistant – Private Practice (4-Day Week | No Weekends) Laskin Family Dental is a privately owned, single-doctor practice focused on providing high-quality care in a calm, supportive environment. We value consistency, teamwork, and a predictable schedule that respects life outside of work. We are currently looking for an experienced EDDA dental assistant to join our team immediately. What your day will look like You’ll work chairside with one dentist in a well-organized, low-chaos private practice. Our schedule is steady, our patients are established, and we prioritize doing dentistry the right way without corporate pressure or rushing. You will be involved in: Chairside assisting for operative, restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, and cosmetic procedures Taking and processing dental radiographs (X-rays) Instrument sterilization and maintaining clinical readiness Temporary crowns and bridges (including impressions and fabrication of provisionals) Composite fillings (anterior and posterior) Supporting efficient, high-quality patient care Assisting with removable prosthodontic procedures (denture appointments and lab steps) What we’re looking for We are looking for a reliable, motivated EDDA who: Shows up on time and takes pride in their work Is comfortable with advanced chairside assisting responsibilities Works well in a close-knit team Cares about patient experience and quality care Has EDDA certification and chairside experience Schedule & Benefits Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm (4-day work week) No weekends PTO + Holiday pay Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Continuing education support Free parking Dental benefits for you and immediate family Compensation $24–$30 per hour , based on experience Why this office This is a stable, private practice environment where your role is respected and your time is valued.
