ADVANCED SEDATION DENTISTRY Associate Dentist Virginia Beach, VA · Full-Time At Advanced Sedation Dentistry, we practice comprehensive dentistry in a calm, modern, patient-centered environment where quality of care comes before volume. We are a general and specialty-focused practice serving patients throughout Hampton Roads who are looking for something different from conventional dentistry — whether that means comprehensive dental treatment, sedation dentistry, or simply a more thoughtful clinical experience and attention. We are seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join our Virginia Beach team and practice the full scope of general dentistry with strong clinical support, modern technology, and the autonomy to practice thoughtfully. CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT Fully digital, paperless practice In-house CBCT and digital imaging Digital scanning, in-house milling, and 3D printing CEREC same-day crown workflow In-office sedation options up to and including general anesthesia, managed by a dentist anesthesiologist Modern, well-equipped operatories Cloud-based practice management software with mobile access Collaborative clinical culture with strong team support SCOPE OF PRACTICE Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning Restorative and operative dentistry CEREC same-day crowns Endodontic therapy Surgical extractions Implant restorative dentistry ( welcomed but not required) Cosmetic and full-mouth rehabilitation Adult and pediatric care Collaboration on sedation and complex restorative cases WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for a dentist who combines strong clinical foundations with emotional intelligence, professionalism, and genuine care for patients. Ideal candidates are: Comprehensive in their approach to dentistry Comfortable with a broad range of procedures, or motivated to continue growing clinically Calm, communicative, and patient-centered Team-oriented and collaborative Invested in long-term patient relationships rather than transactional dentistry Sedation training is a plus, but not required. Both experienced associates and strong early-career dentists looking for mentorship and growth are encouraged to apply. QUALIFICATIONS DDS or DMD from an accredited program Active Virginia Dental License in good standing SCHEDULE Full-time, four-day work week.
