Overview UME Dental Growth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our clinical teams across the Treasure Valley. We currently offer full-time and part-time opportunities in a collaborative environment focused on patient care and long-term professional growth. With 15 locations throughout the Treasure Valley, each office has its own team and leadership while staying connected through our shared vision and core values. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting patients’ oral and overall health through preventive and periodontal care. You will be surrounded by supportive teams, great patients, and positive environments where hygienists are valued and respected. Responsibilities ● Provide preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling and root planing when indicated ● Perform periodontal assessments, including periodontal charting ● Take dental radiographs following clinical guidelines ● Assess oral health and clearly communicate findings with patients and the dentist ● Educate patients on oral hygiene and support healthy home care habits ● Collaborate with the dentist to support diagnosis and treatment planning ● Maintain accurate clinical documentation ● Follow infection control and safety protocols ● Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Skills ● Active Registered Dental Hygienist license (Idaho) ● Strong communication and patient care skills ● Attention to detail and commitment to quality care ● New graduates are encouraged to apply—we’re happy to support your growth and help you build confidence in your role We are committed to creating an environment where hygienists can do their best work—supported by their team, respected for their clinical expertise, and able to build meaningful relationships with patients.
