Job Title: Temporary Dental Hygienist – Maternity Leave Coverage Location: Plainfield, IL Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays Duration: Starting September 8th until Friday, Jan. 29th We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice located in Plainfield. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team and help cover a maternity leave. The Role you will step in to maintain our high standard of patient care, provide comprehensive hygiene services, and ensure our patients leave with healthy, confident smiles. Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings (prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing). Take and develop high-quality digital dental radiographs. Assess patients for periodontal disease and other oral conditions. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care. Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and CDC infection control protocols. Work collaboratively with our dentists, dental assistants, and front desk team. Qualifications Valid Illinois Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license. Current CPR certification. Minimum of [Insert e.g., 1-2] years of clinical experience. Proficiency with digital charting/X-rays [Eaglesoft]. Strong communication skills and a warm, chairside manner. No Medicaid Patients.
