Lead Periodontist - Advanced Dental Implant Centers - Saratoga Springs, NY

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Periodontist to join our dynamic dental team. As a specialist in periodontal health, you will focus on diagnosing, treating, and preventing periodontal disease, as well as performing advanced procedures to enhance oral health. Your expertise will help improve patients’ quality of life through comprehensive periodontal care, including surgical and non-surgical treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a well established practice where patient care and clinical excellence are our top priorities. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to diagnose periodontal conditions Develop personalized treatment plans Perform complex procedures such as dental implants, gum grafts, extractions, and more Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Utilize dental office software such as Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and clinical notes Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure to practice dentistry with specialization in periodontics.
