Practice Support Coordinator (Part-Time Fridays) Zebulon Family Dentistry is looking for a dependable, friendly, and organized team member to join our practice every Friday . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants a consistent part-time schedule. Schedule Every Friday 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. Perform front office administrative duties. Make patient reactivation and continuing care calls. Help fill hygiene and doctor schedules. Confirm appointments and communicate with patients. Assist the clinical team if needed during occasional patient emergencies. Help with office projects that improve patient care and efficiency. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and dependable. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to multitask between administrative and clinical responsibilities. Dental front office and/or dental assisting experience preferred.
