Full-Time Dental Assistant Join Our Friendly and Supportive Dental Team We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing dental practice. Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant Pay: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience required Responsibilities Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist during restorative, surgical, and other dental procedures Take digital X-rays in accordance with state regulations Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Follow infection-control, OSHA, and safety guidelines Accurately update patient records, treatment notes, and charting Provide post-operative instructions and oral hygiene education Monitor clinical supplies and help maintain inventory Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Help patients feel welcomed, informed, and comfortable throughout their visit Support the clinical team and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of dental assisting experience Current Dental Assistant certification or registration, when required Current dental radiography/X-ray certification Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection-control protocols Excellent communication and patient-care skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Dependable, professional, and able to work well in a team Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Dentrix or other dental software experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay of $22–$26 per hour Full-time, stable employment A welcoming and supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development and continuing education A practice that values teamwork, reliability, and high-quality patient care If you are an experienced Dental Assistant looking for a long-term opportunity with a friendly and professional dental team, we would love to hear from you.
