Our practice is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Associate General Dentist to join our established, quality-focused dental practice. This position will initially be one day per week , with the opportunity to add additional days based on clinical quality, patient satisfaction, reliability, productivity, and overall performance. Our practice has a high clinical standard and a demanding patient base. We are looking for a confident dentist who can provide excellent treatment independently, communicate effectively with patients, and deliver consistently high-quality results. This is not an entry-level position, and we are not currently considering new graduates. Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose dental conditions accurately Provide high-quality preventive, restorative, and general dental treatment Deliver predictable direct restorations, crowns, bridges, and other routine general dentistry procedures Present treatment recommendations clearly and confidently Educate patients and involve them in treatment decisions Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely clinical documentation Work collaboratively with the owner dentist, specialists, hygienists, assistants, and administrative team Maintain excellent patient service and clinical efficiency without compromising quality Ideal Candidate Minimum of five years of clinical experience preferred California dental license in good standing Strong restorative dentistry skills Excellent diagnostic and treatment-planning abilities Comfortable managing a busy and clinically demanding schedule Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality dentistry Professional, dependable, efficient, and receptive to feedback Strong interpersonal and patient-communication skills Able to build patient trust and support case acceptance Interested in developing a long-term relationship with the practice Experience with comprehensive treatment planning, anterior dentistry, implant restorations, clear aligners, endodontics, oral surgery, or digital dentistry is a plus, but not required.
