Associate Dentist (Part Time) Three Sisters Sleep | Bend, Oregon About Us We are a patient focused dental practice dedicated exclusively to the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea through oral device therapy. Our mission is to improve our patients' health and quality of life by providing exceptional care, thorough patient education, and collaborative treatment with physicians and dentists throughout Central Oregon. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, patient centered Associate Dentist to join our team two days per week. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established schedule with patients already available to be seen. The ideal candidate enjoys educating patients, building long term relationships, and practicing in a collaborative, low stress environment. Experience with oral device therapy is preferred but not required. We are happy to provide training for a dentist who is eager to learn and has a genuine interest in dental sleep medicine. Responsibilities Evaluate patients with obstructive sleep apnea and snoring for oral device therapy Deliver, adjust, and monitor custom oral devices Educate patients on their diagnosis, treatment options, expectations, and long term follow up Collaborate with sleep physicians, primary care providers, and general dentists to provide coordinated care Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation Deliver an exceptional patient experience centered on education, communication, and individualized care Qualifications DDS or DMD degree with an active Oregon dental license or ability to obtain one Excellent communication and patient education skills Compassionate, detail oriented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care Experience with oral device therapy is preferred What We Offer Part time schedule, two days per week Established patient schedule with immediate production opportunity Collaborative, supportive team environment Comprehensive training and mentorship in oral device therapy If you are passionate about patient education, value relationship based care, and are looking for a rewarding opportunity in a practice dedicated exclusively to the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea, we would love to hear from you.
