Your Role & Responsibilities As a crucial part of our clinical team, you will support our doctors through complex cosmetic and restorative cases while utilizing cutting-edge digital dentistry tools. Clinical & Cosmetic Assistance: Chairside assistance during high-detail cosmetic examinations and specialized, comprehensive restorative procedures. Advanced Digital Dentistry: Operate CBCT scan equipment, capture high-quality digital radiographs (X-rays), and utilize advanced 3D scanning technology for digital impressions. Smile Design Imagery: Assist with clinical studio photography—an essential component of our cosmetic workflows, Invisalign cases, and smile "blueprints." Concierge Patient Care: Facilitate Zoom whitening treatments and guide cosmetic patients through their treatment journeys with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Sterilization & Safety: Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in strict accordance with OSHA and infection control protocols to maintain an pristine clinical environment. Qualifications & Skills Experience (Required) Proven Dental Assisting Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced dental environment is required. Advanced Clinical Exposure: Direct experience assisting with advanced cosmetic transformations, complex prosthetics, and full-mouth reconstructions is a must-have for this role. Technical Skills & Certifications Proficiency in digital dental technology, 3D scanning, and digital documentation. Familiarity with practice management systems (experience with Eaglesoft is highly valued). Current certification in CPR / Basic Life Support (BLS) is preferred. Preferred Pluses Experience assisting with Periodontics and complex dental implant cases.
