Grand Rapids Family Dentistry , the office of Dr. Kate Palmateer and Dr. Abbie Gill , is excited to welcome two Dental Assistants to our team! One of our wonderful assistants is pursuing dental hygiene school, and another is beginning an exciting adventure abroad, creating two great opportunities to join our practice. Our office is supportive, organized, and collaborative, with systems in place that help every team member succeed. Schedule: We are hiring two Experienced dental assistants. One for 3 days a week and one for 4 days. Monday-Thursday (1 assistant), Monday-Wednesday (1 assistant) 6:20 AM-3:20 PM (Patient care from 7:00 AM-3:00 PM) Our office features: 3 restorative operatories, each with a dedicated assistant 3 hygiene operatories A dedicated sterilization technician who assists with instrument processing, room turnover, and stocking, allowing assistants to stay focused on patient care A friendly, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together and supports one another throughout the day Well-established systems and protocols that create an efficient workflow and ensure exceptional patient care What You'll Do Our assistants typically care for approximately 6 patients per day , allowing time to provide personalized, high-quality care.
