At Delicate Dental , we are a modern, fee-for-service practice committed to providing exceptional comprehensive care in a calm, relationship-focused environment. We intentionally schedule no more than 8 patients per day , allowing our hygienists the time to deliver thorough, personalized care while maintaining an outstanding patient experience. We're looking for an experienced, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in clinical excellence, enjoys continuous learning, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely loves what they do. Schedule 2-3 days per week Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM What You'll Do Deliver comprehensive preventive and periodontal care with attention to detail Perform periodontal assessments, charting, and risk-based treatment planning Capture high-quality digital radiographs Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and long-term treatment outcomes Document clinical findings accurately using Open Dental Partner closely with the doctor to provide comprehensive patient care Maintain the highest standards of infection control and clinical excellence Build genuine relationships that encourage patient trust and long-term retention We're Looking For Someone Who Holds an active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist license Has at least one year of clinical experience (preferred) Is confident, compassionate, and highly organized Is passionate about continuing education and committed to lifelong learning. Stays current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene, technology, and evidence-based patient care. Enjoys incorporating new techniques and innovations to provide the highest standard of care and deliver the best possible patient experience.
