Job Overview Campbell Orthodontic Specialists is seeking a talented, motivated, and patient-focused Associate Orthodontist to join our growing orthodontic practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an orthodontist who wants to focus on providing excellent patient care while being part of a collaborative, growth-oriented organization. Our orthodontic program is growing, and we are looking for the right doctor to grow with us. Our practice provides the operational systems, trained team, technology, marketing, and administrative support needed to allow our orthodontists to focus on what they do bestâdiagnosing, treatment planning, and delivering high-quality orthodontic care. Because our patients may be seen by more than one orthodontist throughout treatment, collaboration, communication, and consistency of care are essential. We are looking for a doctor who values a team-based approach and understands the importance of working together to provide patients with a seamless experience. What We Offer Competitive daily compensation Full-time or part-time opportunities available Established and growing patient base Strong clinical and administrative support Experienced orthodontic assistants and team members Modern orthodontic technology and systems A collaborative environment with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth The ability to focus on patient care without the administrative responsibilities of practice ownership Opportunities to grow with an expanding orthodontic organization Responsibilities Perform comprehensive orthodontic examinations and consultations Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Provide treatment using traditional braces, clear aligners, and other appropriate orthodontic appliances Monitor patient progress and make appropriate clinical adjustments Work collaboratively with other orthodontists to maintain continuity of care Provide clear and thorough clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients, parents, team members, and referring providers Maintain high standards of clinical quality, professionalism, and patient experience Follow established clinical protocols and operational systems designed to promote consistency, efficiency, and excellent patient care Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited orthodontic residency program Eligible for or currently holds a Michigan dental license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to high-quality, ethical patient care Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-doctor environment Open to continued learning, feedback, and professional development Pay: $1,500.00 - $1,650.00 per day Work Location: In person
