What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll play an essential role in helping our patients achieve and maintain excellent oral health by: Performing comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing Conducting periodontal assessments and documenting clinical findings Taking diagnostic dental radiographs while following all safety protocols Educating patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and healthy habits Assisting the doctors during examinations and collaborating on treatment planning Providing post-treatment instructions and answering patient questions with confidence and compassion Maintaining the highest standards of infection control and instrument sterilization Delivering an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Qualifications Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Ohio Current local anesthesia certification (if applicable) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team Experience with dental practice management software is preferred but not required Why You'll Love Working at Braydich Dental We believe our team is our greatest asset, and we're committed to creating an environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.
