This position begins 2.5 days per week with an established patient base and is expected to grow to 4 days per week as our practice continues to expand. Approximately 40 new patients each month , providing excellent opportunities to build a productive schedule. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions. Develop personalized treatment plans focused on long-term oral health. Provide a wide range of general dentistry services, including restorative, prosthodontic, endodontic, and surgical procedures based on your experience and comfort level. Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix. Collaborate with our hygienists and team members to provide an outstanding patient experience. Follow all HIPAA and infection control protocols. Qualifications DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active Arkansas dental license (or eligibility for licensure). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for providing high-quality, patient-centered care. One year of clinical experience is preferred but not required . We welcome new graduates who are eager to learn and grow. Experience with endodontics is a significant plus but not required.
