About us Join our work family! Our Hacienda Heights dental office is looking for an upbeat and flexible Dental Assistant to support our patients and our team. Our work environment includes: Growth opportunities On-the-job training Safe work environment Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Welcome patients, seat them comfortably in the operatory, and help ease any anxiety before their treatment. Front Office Support: Jump in to help our front desk team when needed. This includes greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling follow-up visits, and assisting with insurance verification or processing payments. Chairside Assisting: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures. Room Preparation & Sterilization: Set up and break down operatories before and after appointments. Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment following strict infection control protocols. Diagnostic Imaging: Take high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed. Record Keeping: Accurately update patient charts and document treatment notes. Note: Current CPR certification and an active California X-ray license are highly preferred, but please apply if you are currently in the process of obtaining them.
