We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our Santa Clara office and help deliver exceptional service to our patients. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction: Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression. Check patients in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. Answer phone calls promptly, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries with professionalism. Communicate with patients about their treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance details as needed. Administrative Support: Maintain an organized and professional front desk area. Verify and update patient information in the practice management software. Process payments and provide receipts. Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule to optimize productivity. Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance benefits and eligibility prior to patient visits. Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Submit and track insurance claims to ensure timely processing. Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and back-office teams to ensure seamless patient care. Address and resolve scheduling conflicts or patient concerns in a timely manner. Contribute to team meetings and suggest process improvements for better patient experiences. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in a dental or medical front office role is preferred but not required. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Personality: Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills.
