Office Receptionist & Assistant --for dental office - Lily Voong, DDS - San Francisco, CA

We are a small, general dental practice with loyal, friendly patients located in the Inner Richmond District of San Francisco. If you are seeking a position with room for advancement, our dental office is looking for a professional & kind front desk receptionist/assistant to join our friendly team. Our office hours are from 9am-6pm Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and also 1 Saturday a month. Our office location has ample street parking & is along multiple muni lines. Duties include but are not limited to: Welcoming/checking patients in and out Answer & relay phone calls Patient records maintenance Insurance verification Scheduling patients' subsequent appointments Help maintain a clean and welcoming office environment Back office tasks as needed, such as help sanitize & prepare treatment rooms before & after our dental services, and help with xrays Qualifications: High School Diploma. You have an xray license or is in the process of getting one A positive attitude to help our patients Ability to be a team player, helping when needed Pays attention to detail Honest and Trustworthy Comfortable on the phone and interacting with patients. Ability to follow written protocols and prioritize tasks. 1 year or more experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate. Compensation depends on experience.
