Position Overview The Clinical Floater (Lab and Sterile Technician) plays a vital role in supporting the clinical team in patient care and ensuring clinic readiness. This position requires proficiency in basic clinical procedures and lab-related tasks to enhance patient experience and clinic efficiency. Primary Responsibilities Patient Chair Maintenance : Clear and sanitize patient chairs and apply protective barriers. Instrument Sterilization : Manage sterilization and ensure all instruments are clean and prepared for use. Tray Set-Up : Prepare and organize trays for procedures. Lab Work : Create in-house retainers and IDB trays, manage lab work preparation, and check in appliances from external labs. Patient Imaging : Take patient photos, intraoral scans, and x-rays, and upload them to the system. Clinical Assistance : Place separators and deliver retainers directly to patients.
