Qualifications Chairside assisting RDA licensure or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire Dental terminology knowledge Proficiency in coronal polishing, restorative, and General Anesthesia procedures a plus Familiarity with medical terminology Strong communication skills Experience with EMR systems and Eaglesoft Knowledge of HIPAA regulations Ability to perform Four handed dentistry Familiarity with X-Ray procedures Responsibilities Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, utilizing knowledge of dental terminology and aseptic techniques. Maintain patient records accurately and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients and team members to provide exceptional care. Utilize premium skills such as Eaglesoft and X-Ray for efficient workflow in a dental setting.
