What You'll Do Prepare patients for orthodontic treatment and assist the doctor during clinical procedures Take digital photographs, panoramic and cephalometric radiographs, and intraoral scans Place and remove orthodontic appliances under doctor supervision Change archwires, replace ligatures, and assist with Invisalign treatment Provide patients and parents with oral hygiene, appliance care, and treatment instructions Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and fully stocked Accurately document patient visits and treatment progress Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to ensure an exceptional patient experience Support clinic flow to help maintain efficient appointment schedules What We're Looking For Previous orthodontic assisting experience preferred (dental assisting experience considered) Current Virginia Dental Assisting credentials (where applicable) Radiology certification required CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-focused Passion for delivering outstanding patient care What You'll Love About Working Here At Behl Orthodontics, we believe our team is our greatest asset.
