Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments. Take digital dental radiographs. Perform coronal polishing and other duties permitted by California RDA licensure. Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care. Comfort children and help create a positive dental experience. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control protocols. Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional patient care. Qualifications: Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License. Current CPR/BLS Certification, X-ray Certification. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for working with children. Bi-lingual a Plus.
