Our patient-centered holistic dental practice is looking for a caring, knowledgeable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. Duties Provide comprehensive periodontal assessments and preventive hygiene care. Educate patients on the connection between oral health and overall wellness. Develop individualized home care recommendations. Perform digital radiographs and periodontal charting. Collaborate closely with the dentist to create personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. Create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient. Skills Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Gentle, compassionate chairside manner. Passion for preventive and holistic dentistry. Experience with biologic or holistic dentistry is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right candidate.
