Full-Time Dental Front Office (Insurance Experience Required) We are a small family practice which strives for excellence and treats our patients fairly. We are seeking a Full-Time Front Office Administrative Professional with strong dental insurance experience to join our team. Schedule : Monday: 7AM â 4PM Tuesday: 7AM â 4PM Thursdays: 7AM â 4PM Friday: 7AM â 3PM Key Responsibilities : Dental insurance verification, billing, and claims submissions and follow-up Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling Answering phones and providing excellent customer service Managing patient accounts and collecting payments Supporting a smooth and efficient front office work flow Qualifications : Prior experience in a dental front office is required Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans and procedures Professional, friendly, and reliable Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Proficiently use Open Dental software or ability to quickly learn Benefits : Medical Insurance and In-house Dental (employee covers the direct costs such as lab fee). Retirement: company matches 100% up to 3% of your pay. PTO: 1.38 hours per every 40 hours of work.
