Fresh Smile Seattle is a small, independent, fee-for-service dental practice on Capitol Hill. We focus on prevention-driven, high-quality care and building real relationships with our patients. We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant who brings genuine warmth to patient interactions and helps our day run smoothly and efficiently. Requirements: Active WA State RDA registration Some dental assisting experience is desirable, though we're happy to train the right person Excellent people skills Primary Responsibilities: Chairside assisting Room setup, breakdown, and sterilization Coronal polishing, fluoride varnish, and patient education Digital X-rays and iTero scans Some overlap with front office duties Routine daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and operatory upkeep Benefits: Health insurance (50% employer-paid, 30+ hours/week) Paid time off Free on-site parking or ORCA pass Dental benefits, provided in-office
