Dental Assistant – Full-Time Park Avenue Dental Associates is a busy, privately owned family dental practice in Cranston, RI, seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about patient care, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and values teamwork. Our office is fully digital and committed to providing high-quality dentistry in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Responsibilities Provide four-handed chairside assistance during a variety of general dental procedures Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms before and after each patient Take high-quality digital dental radiographs and intraoral photographs Provide post-operative instructions and educate patients on oral hygiene Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Maintain compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations Assist with additional clinical duties as needed to support the doctors and team Qualifications Current Dental X-Ray Certification ( Required ) Experience in general dentistry preferred Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Compensation $23.00–$25.00 per hour , based on experience.
