What You'll Do: Assist the dentist during a variety of general dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for each appointment Take digital radiographs, assist with treatment scans and handle other clinical tasks as needed Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment instructions Help create a comfortable, positive experience for every patient Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate effectively with the dental team Support the clinical team in keeping the schedule running efficiently What We're Looking For: Dental assisting experience in a general dentistry practice Current Rhode Island Dental Assistant qualifications, including radiography Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent attention to detail A caring, patient-focused approach and commitment to providing outstanding service Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!
