As an integral member of our dental practice, you will provide comprehensive dental services, promote oral health education, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times. We have a team of specialists in our network, which will allow to refer out procedures as needed and focus on what you do best. Duties Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and prosthodontics. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Document all medical and dental records meticulously using electronic health record systems. We utilize Open Dental in our offices. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies to promote long-term oral health. Ensure proper use of medical imaging equipment for accurate diagnosis while maintaining safety standards. Uphold high standards of infection control and sterilization procedures in accordance with industry guidelines. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a focus on general dentistry procedures. Demonstrated proficiency with electronic health record systems. Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and infection control protocols. Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while providing compassionate patient care. Familiarity with medical documentation standards and HIPAA compliance requirements.
