Overview We are looking for an caring, friendly, and adaptable Dental Assistant who pays attention to details and is a fast learner and excellent multitasker to join our dental practice! To apply: Email your resume and cover letter to y.shelbylee@gmail.com Responsibilities Greet and walk-out patients, talk to patients during procedures Set-up and clean operatories, including sterilization Check-in lab cases and maintain records Maintain supply inventory and stock rooms Take x-rays Chairside assist doctor(s) in various dental procedures including fillings, crowns, dentures, implants, extractions, root canals, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics Utilize computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), dental software (Eaglesoft), xray software, and maintain general computer literacy to support daily operations Experience Prior dental assisting experience preferred (but will train the right candidate) Knowledge of Eaglesoft PMS or other dental software is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly Ability to multitask in a fast-faced environment and maintain efficiency Professional, friendly attitude and professional office dress code Additional Benefits Paid Vacation, Sick/Personal time Paid Holidays Uniform allowance Dental care CE Reimbursement Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Work Location: In person
