Experienced Dental Assistant Smile Center is seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused dental practice. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is organized, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a busy environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and consistently following established clinical protocols. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong knowledge of dental materials, instruments, and clinical procedures Outstanding patient education and communication skills Ability to fabricate high-quality temporary crowns Experience assisting with restorative, crown and bridge, endodontic, oral surgery, and general dental procedures Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain efficient clinical flow Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping patients, and is committed to excellence every day.
