About Us We are a fast-paced, patient-focused oral surgery practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and referral offices. Please note: We are currently seeking candidates who have previous dental office front desk/reception experience. While we appreciate all applicants, we are only considering candidates with dental office administrative experience for this position. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 1 year of dental office front desk/reception experience required Experience scheduling patients, presenting treatment plans, and collecting patient payments Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent organizational and computer skills Experience with Open Dental software preferred Knowledge of dental terminology and treatment scheduling strongly preferred We aren't just looking for someone to fill a position, we're looking for the right person to become part of our team.
