Full-Time | $25–32/hour + Performance Bonuses Join a Growing Multi-Location Dental Practice We're looking for an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Our modern, technology-driven offices are committed to providing exceptional patient care and an outstanding patient experience. As we continue to grow, we're investing in our team, systems, marketing, and technology and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This is not a traditional front desk position. We're seeking a motivated, patient-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, presenting treatment, creating productive schedules, and helping patients receive the care they need. Dental experience is required. Responsibilities Present treatment plans and educate patients about recommended care Help patients understand insurance benefits and estimated financial responsibility Assist patients with financial arrangements and payment options Answer incoming calls and convert callers into scheduled appointments Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending treatment plans Help maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules Reduce cancellations and no-shows through proactive communication Deliver exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and through written communication Work closely with doctors and team members to create an outstanding patient experience Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office experience Previous treatment presentation experience preferred Strong knowledge of dental procedures and insurance benefits Excellent communication, relationship-building, and phone skills Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for patients and teammates Compensation & Benefits $25–32 per hour , based on experience Performance bonus opportunities Paid Time Off Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented work environment Apply Today We're looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing dental organization.
