What You'll Do As a Registered Dental Assistant, you'll play an essential role in delivering outstanding patient care by: Assisting the doctor during a wide variety of dental procedures Taking high-quality digital radiographs Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining efficient clinical flow Sterilizing instruments and following infection control protocols Educating patients on treatment and post-operative care Assisting with digital scanning and advanced technology Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish Our Practice Features At AMDG Dental, you'll work with modern technology including: CBCT imaging Digital intraoral scanner In-house 3D printing Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) Soft tissue laser IV Sedation dentistry Implant dentistry This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys learning new skills and expanding their clinical abilities. What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Holds a current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Takes pride in being organized and detail-oriented Is dependable, positive, and eager to learn Works well as part of a team Wants to build lasting relationships with patients Maintains a professional appearance and strong work ethic Experience with implants, sedation dentistry, and digital dentistry is a plus but not required.
