Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented, loyal Registered Dental Assistant who is eager to learn and grow with our practice. Key Responsibilities: Assist the dental team with procedures and treatment plans Present treatment plans thoroughly to patients Maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Requirements: Very fluent in English Active Registered Dental Assistant Certificate from the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners Active CPR training Minimum of 2 full years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (experience in temp agencies will not be considered) Demonstrated stability with multi-year experience at previous positions Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to learning and growth Preferred Qualifications: Spanish speaking skills Experience with Open Dental software Background in orthodontics (ortho) Familiarity with CEREC CAD-CAM technology Work Schedule: Monday: 7:50 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:50 AM – 4:00 PM Saturdays: 2-3 Saturdays per month, 7:50 AM – 3:30 PM Closed: Thursdays and Sundays Total Hours: 37-41 hours per week Compensation & Benefits: Pay Range: $14.5-$22 per hour (based on skills and knowledge, not solely on years of experience) Competitive pay 401K retirement plan with matching contributions Accrual-based paid time off (PTO) 6-7 official holidays with pay How to Apply: If you are a committed Registered Dental Assistant—or an aspiring assistant ready to start your career in a nurturing, high-tech environment—please apply with your resume and a cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for Love Brushing Dentistry.
