Job Overview Registered Dental Hygienist – Build Something, Not Just Fill a Chair This isn’t a clock-in, clean teeth, clock-out role. We’re building a hygiene department from the ground up — and we want the right person to lead it. You’ll have a real seat at the table: shaping systems, driving patient retention, and owning your production numbers. Your compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential. The more you build, the more you earn.
