About Us Dullat Dental Cosmetic & Implants is a modern, boutique-style dental practice in the Almaden Valley / Blossom Hill area of San Jose (95123), led by Dr. Manpreet Singh Dullat, DDS. We offer cosmetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and full-mouth restorations, and pride ourselves on a calm, spa-like patient experience backed by advanced technology (digital scanning, 3D cone beam imaging, guided implant planning). What You'll Do Take accurate impressions (traditional and/or digital scanning) Fabricate temporary crowns chairside when needed or doctor is busy Take and document clinical notes accurately and promptly in Dentrix Ascend Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories between patients Set up and break down treatment rooms Take X-rays and intraoral photos as needed Communicate clearly with patients to help them feel comfortable and informed Support smooth day-to-day flow of a busy, multi-procedure schedule What We're Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant required (RDA preferred, but experienced non-certified DAs with strong skills will be considered) Hands-on experience taking impressions and fabricating temporary crowns Comfortable and efficient with clinical documentation/charting X-ray certification (required by CA law for exposing radiographs) Strong communication skills and a calm, patient-focused chairside manner Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to keep a fast-paced schedule organized Team player who can also work independently when needed Opportunity to grow with a practice that's expanding Modern technology and systems Schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays required Additional days (Mondays, Fridays and/or Saturdays) possible depending on candidate availability and practice needs Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Opportunities for advancement Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
