We are a modern PPO / Fee-For-Service dental office with a strong long-standing patient base, excellent fee schedules, and a highly productive hygiene program. Compensation & Income Potential: $15,000 monthly guarantee (full-time). Tiered collections bonus structure. Realistic earning potential $250K$300K+. Quarterly bonus opportunities. Clinical Scope We are looking for a dentist comfortable with: Comprehensive treatment planning. Molar endodontics. Surgical extractions. Restorative dentistry. Crown & bridge. Implant restorations (a plus but not required). Requirements: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school. Minimum 2 years clinical experience. Active Texas dental license or eligibility.
