Shine Family Dentistry is a well-established, privately owned family dental practice seeking an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Position Details Schedule: 3 or 4 days per week Days: Flexible, MondayâThursday Hours: 8:00 AM â 4:00 PM No evenings or weekends What Weâre Looking For Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in private practice General Practice Residency (GPR) preferred Proficiency in routine and surgical extractions Comfortable providing emergency dental care Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered treatment Experience with digital dentistry and same-day crowns is a plus Technology & Clinical Resources Our office is fully digital and equipped with modern technology, including: Glidewell IO Mill for same-day restorations iTero Scanner TRIOS 5 Scanner VaTech CBCT Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed daily minimum of $900â$1,000 per day during the initial period, depending on experience Competitive tiered compensation based on adjusted production , starting at 30% and increasing up to 33% Supportive, experienced team in a collaborative environment Opportunity to practice comprehensive dentistry with clinical autonomy The owner is committed to helping the right associate succeed and is willing to provide mentorship and guidance as well as a CE stipend.
