Rooted Dental Studio is a brand-new, nature-inspired childrens dental practice opening in late Summer 2026 in Elyria, Ohio. We’re creating a warm, modern space where children feel safe, families feel welcome, and team members genuinely enjoy coming to work. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Coronal Polisher/Dental Assistant who loves working with children, values teamwork, and wants to be part of building a positive office culture from day one. What You’ll Do Perform coronal polishing within the Ohio scope of practice Assist the dentist during restorative and preventive procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take digital radiographs Educate children and parents on oral hygiene Help create a fun, calm, and positive experience for every patient Maintain accurate patient records Support the team with daily clinical operations Qualifications Current Ohio Coronal Polishing certification Current Ohio Dental Assistant Radiographer certification CPR certification Pediatric experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person Positive attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills Passion for working with children and families What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education opportunities Team-focused, supportive work environment Opportunity to grow with a brand-new practice from the very beginning At Rooted Dental Studio, we’re building more than a dental office—we’re building a place where children develop healthy smiles and positive memories that last a lifetime.
