Youâll be exposed to procedures, workflows, and technology many assistants donât see until years into their career, including: Advanced procedures including implants, surgical extractions, full arch cases, sleep apnea therapy, Solea laser dentistry, and same-day crowns Experience with cutting-edge technology including CBCT imaging, digital scanners, AI-assisted diagnostics, 3D printing, and fully digital workflows In-house lab workflows including crowns, surgical guides, night guards, aligners, and digital appliances Multiple specialties including surgery, ortho, pediatrics, endo, prosth, and perio Patient education and treatment conversations where your voice and input matter A fast-moving, highly organized, fully digital environment focused on innovation, efficiency, and exceptional patient care We use advanced technology not just because itâs impressive â but because it allows us to deliver better, faster, more comfortable care while helping our team grow their skills faster.
