What You'll Do As our New Patient Coordinator , you'll guide patients through their very first visit and help make their experience unforgettable. Responsibilities include: ✨ Welcome new patients and families with warmth and enthusiasm ✨ Schedule consultations and coordinate new patient appointments ✨ Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally ✨ Guide patients through the consultation process and explain treatment options ✨ Assist with financial discussions and help patients get started with treatment ✨ Take diagnostic records including digital photos, intraoral scans, and x-rays (training provided) ✨ Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with pending treatment ✨ Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to create an exceptional patient experience ✨Collect and verify new patient insurances What We're Looking For We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
