Job Overview We’re hiring our 4th Clinical Assistant (Clinical Partner)! This isn't your typical dental assistant position. At Redeemed Smiles, we perform advanced implant surgery, full-arch rehabilitation, soft tissue grafting, bone augmentation, and cosmetic dentistry. We call this role a Clinical Partner because you'll be part of delivering life-changing dentistry while helping to shape the systems, culture, and clinical excellence of our practice. (Minimum 1 years of chairside dental assisting experience required or graduation from an accredited dental assisting program.) Surgical experience and skills with impressions and denture adjustments are highly preferred, but not required—we’re willing to train the right person who is eager to learn. Our practice is about half general dentistry and half surgical, so no two days are the same!
